set price ? | sets price of space to whatever ? is
[Example] set price 256? is

set weeks ? | sets weeks to whatever ? is
[Example] set weeks 5? is

set prims ? | sets prims to whatever ? is
[Example] set prims 25? is

set offset ? | sets info box offset to whatever ? is
[Example] set offset <129>? is

set renter ? | sets name of renter to whatever ? is
[Example] set renter Jaens Ah? is

set offset ? | sets info box offset to whatever ? is
[Example] set offset <129>? is

set rented for ? | sets how long rented for in days:hours:min's:seconds this info is put where ? is
[Example] set rentedfor 5day:4hours: 20mins:20second? is


renters can now pay for extra weeks while in use
displayed exact time left to renters and owner

now IM's user on expire

rental board change to green is "Vacant"
Rental Board change to red is "Occupies"

remember to disable Edit Mode after everything done 

How To Rent a Room [ click info]
when you click[touch] on the rental bot
the rental bot will give you the info[Example]

Suit Room whispers: This space is for rent. The price is $150 per week. Prim limit is
15 prims. Obey prim limits to avoid termination of agreement.
Rent is non-refundable.
Suit Room whispers: Usage Restrictions: This spot is for commercial use.
Keep within prim limits or face termination of lease.
Keep To PG Rules as in PG Sim
Suit Room whispers: Right click and pay to rent this space.
Minimum rental period is 1 weeks, at $150.

How to pay the rental bot
right click the rental bot ,select pay,
select how many week to pay.


If the tenant pay the wrong price ,the rental bot will pay back [return] the money.

How to set the tenant name.
1. open content...select Name and Info script
2.change the Text " click for info " to your "tenant Name"
3.or don't change any thing.
