1)  teleport system at landing point is provide send tenant (customer)to his room.
left (Block A) and right (Block B).select your room number touch the blue pad beside the 
room number  teleport  up  to the rooms.
see the image below.

just touch the railing to teleport down to Lobby.



2. This is another single target teleport system.just touch it to teleport .

some time this type of teleport not work at some of sim,click the rez-box delete,than rez again,

untill it work.

set rented for ? | sets how long rented for in days:hours:min's:seconds this info is put where ? is

renters can now pay for extra weeks while in use
displayed exact time left to renters and owner

now IM's user on expire

rental board change to green is "Vacant"
Rental Board change to red is "Occupies"

remember to disable Edit Mode after everything done 

How To Rent a Room [ click info]
when you click[touch] on the rental bot
the rental bot will give you the info[Example]

Suit Room whispers: This space is for rent. The price is $150 per week. Prim limit is
15 prims. Obey prim limits to avoid termination of agreement.
Rent is non-refundable.
Suit Room whispers: Usage Restrictions: This spot is for commercial use.
Keep within prim limits or face termination of lease.
Keep To PG Rules as in PG Sim
Suit Room whispers: Right click and pay to rent this space.
Minimum rental period is 1 weeks, at $150.

How to pay the rental bot
right click the rental bot ,select pay,
select how many week to pay.


If the tenant pay the wrong price ,the rental bot will pay back [return] the money.

How to set the tenant name.
1. open content...select Name and Info script
2.change the Text " click for info " to your "tenant Name"
3.or don't change any thing.

HOW TO SETUP THE GIVEN NOTE & WELCOME NOTE

Modify welcome note and given note card

Select the floor rug,right click,edit, open the content
1: Open the "Hotel" script to modify, see the pic below.
     just replace your own welcome note ..then save it...done
2.Open the "Hotel NoteCard" then start over write the example note
   to your own story or your welcome note ...then save ......done.




.

when people step in the floor they will received the welcome and note card.
so you can keep track of who enters an apartment .just click the floor...

LANDMARK GIVEN

1) select the landmark given ball,
2)right click/edit
3)open content
4)delete the exiting landmark
5)drop your own landmark
6)copy your landmark text.
7)open the script"card dispenser 1 "
8)replace the exiting landmark to your landmark.
9)save.............done

HOW TO REZ THE HOTEL

How to rez the Hotel use Auto-Rez Faux System

1) Take out [Hotel 5 Rez-Box] (Package Crate)from your invertory
put it at your land center ( where do you want to put your Hotel.)

2) Click on the Package Crate and select 'Rez'.

3) Edit the Package Crate and move it to adjust the location of the build.

4) Click on 'Derez' to put the build away(delete) or

5) click 'Save' to lock that build into place. Once it is saved, it cannot be moved again
or Derezed.

NOTE: If you do not 'Save' a build you have 'Rez'ed it will disappear when the Package Crate is removed. Be sure to 'Save' when finished in order to conserve sim resources,

SUBDIVIDE LAND FOR HOTEL

Subdivide many parcel for 4096 Sq Meter Land

1.Subdivide the land parcel as a below image.
2.you can make it to 1,2 parcel,4 parcel or 8 parcel as below
3.after subdivide to 8 parcel,mean you can set to 8 difference channel(Radio TV channel)
4.because the media is follow the land parcel.
